Compared to Panasonic's ET-D75LE50 short-throw lens, it cuts throw distance by roughly 60%, opening up spaces that were previously off-limits for high-brightness 3-Chip projection, floors, tight stages, structures for projection mapping, transport hubs, anywhere front-projection used to be a non-starter. It also supports both vertical and horizontal edge blending, so multi-projector immersive setups stay on the table even in these tight spaces.
